D Adams Roofing has carried out many roofing projects for organisations I have worked for over the last eleven years. These organizations have been one of the same, the original group was called Chichester Community Housing, then renamed as Martlet Homes and is now known as Hyde Martlet an operational unit within the Hyde Group.
The works D Adams have carried out have been quite varied and have comprised minor and more major works to both pitched and flat roofing projects. These works have incorporated the associated works for general carpentry, lead work, soffit, fascias and guttering.
In addition to these core works this company has also diversified at our request and undertaken various small refurbishment works over the last three years.
I am happy to confirm that their attention to detail, site management and health and safety administration have all proved to be exceptionally good. Importantly, coupled to these aspects of their service provision are their competitive rates applied in quoting for our works which have always achieved value for money, never more important within the current economic climate.
One of our own Key Performance Indicators is displaying good customer care and this is indicative in the approach of this contractor whilst working around our residents' homes, and still able to achieve within necessary tight time frames for completion.
